“I met April Speelmon in April 2022 just a couple days after a major collision that my son and I were involved in. I was in excruciating pain and had sustained a pretty significant brain injury in addition to other debilitating symptoms. She made sure immediately to put my mind to rest that I would be taken care of. I wasn’t able to figure anything out myself, that I needed to do , and was in a pretty helpless stage due to the injuries I had received.
